Urgent Care and New Tooth

So Madelyn and I just got home from the urgent care clinic. I was getting worried about her tonight because she was having lots of diarrhea, vomiting and a fever in the mid 102's. While we were there she developed a rash on her tummy. The doctor says that she has a nasty stomach virus...Hopefully it is only a 48 hour bug and she will feel better tomorrow!! Right now she is sleeping peacefully! While we were waiting for the doctor I noticed something in Madelyn's mouth...She has been working on a tooth for a while now (chewing on her thumb, drooling...) but nothing had broken through. Well tonight I discovered the new tooth - she has cut a molar!! It is not the very back one but the one before it!
