First Crayons

Yesterday afternoon, we decided to try out Madelyn's new crayons. They are special crayons made for toddlers and I was anxious to see how she would react. She tried to eat them at first but after I showed her how they work, she actually "colored". This lasted about a minute and she only tried to eat them a few times. We will keep working on this :). **UPDATE: we tried crayons again this morning and Madelyn knew exactly what to do and only tried to eat them once!! I think that we are making progress - she always wants to have more than one crayon to use! :)
